The entire place is yours. The entrance to the home, the home itself are all private behind a gate, creating a private oasis. The one car garage is yours as well during your stay. All we ask is that you be a good neighbor and treat the home well.
Guests are required to sign a Renter Agreement. Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking with full contact information for compliance reasons.
For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the renter agreement must be signed within 4 hours and check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed.
We ensure compliance with all data privacy laws.
No Smoking, No Parties, Pets must be approved by Host before being allowed on the property, Minimum renter age is 21.
Security Deposit required up to $300. Deposit to be processed by Host on guest's credit card. A hold will be placed on the amount until after departure. Guest's card will not be charged unless there is damage done to the property.
